Small Aircraft crashed into building in New York

The site of the crash was 524 East 72nd Street in the middle of Manhattan. As all of the major news sources cover this the FAA states that it was a Fixed Wing Aircraft that crashed into the building, as seen in the image.
Other sources are speculating that it may have been a Helicopter but not likely due to the way the building was penetrated.
At the time I wrote this there were 2 deaths reported. **Update the pilot Corey Lidle, Pitcher for the New York Yankess was also deceased.**

Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to say that the crew at Google are geniuses. Yahoo….what the hell were you thinking!!! That is strike 2 for Yahoo man. Seriously. They let GOOGLE outbid them to take over MySpaces search engine “which they currently run but will be at the end of their contract soon”, they just let GOOGLE buy YouTube at 1.65 Billion dollars and they only put up $600 Million! WTF!!!
I would love nothing more to see Yahoo back in the game but it looks like their footholds in the content realm are gone! Google will now run the largest video content provider in the world, monetize it of course and make another 10 Bazillion dollars. GET EXCITED!

From what I see this may be either a test to show the relevance of the term against other Google properties shown on the left or the new way they want to display serps period. I guess some more observation would be in order but this didn’t happen until about 30 mins ago.

Initially I heard this via shoemoney’s (shoemoney.com) webmaster radio show from SES (Search Engine Strategies) San Jose. But basically the largest website in the Press Release and news game (PRweb.com) was purchased or as they put “acquired” by NASDAQ listed Vocus (Vocus.com) run by CEO Rick Rudman. The actual transaction that took place was for $28 million dollars consisting of $20.8 million in cash and 494,543 shares of Vocus common stock. Get excited about that. It will be interesting to see where the direction of PRweb will go with this change of hands since PRweb was a privately held company and is now being ushered into the corporate spotlight.
